w       The Association is recognized statewide as the “Voice of the Industry.”

w       ICPA Staff, Members and Associates participate regularly in development of statewide standard designs and specifications for concrete pavements.

w       The Association joins ACPA, the Iowa DOT, and Iowa State University in uniting agencies, industry and researchers to advance concrete pavement research and technology transfer through the national CP Tech Center.

w       ICPA honors/recognizes Iowa’s outstanding PCC pavement projects in 15 categories annually.

w       We provide technical staff willing to work with you and your customer in resolution of issues significant to the whole industry.

w       The Association provides a resource for public relations initiatives in your locale and statewide.

w       Members, Associates and Staff work together to plan and implement an annual promotion plan designed to sustain Iowa’s concrete culture and expand the use of concrete for pavements in highway, county road, municipal street and airport markets.

w       Through a nationally recognized paving industry/ready mixed concrete industry promotion partnership, we are also expanding and sustaining concrete pavement opportunities in the parking lot and trails markets.

w       The Association is affiliated with the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA).
